Welcome! Legend of Kartia is a site dedicated to the game that was released in 1998 as, depending on where you live, Rebus, Kartia: Word of Fate or Legend of Kartia.

One of the first strategy RPGs to be released in the US and Europe, Kartia didn't get very much attention when it arrived. As of today, it has no presence on the web that I know of. Since I find it a very good game with a great story and wonderful atmosphere, Legend of Kartia went up in 1999 to make up for this lack of websites.

The site no longer covers gameplay in detail - better guides can be found on sites like gamefaqs.com anyway. Legend of Kartia now covers my opinions about the game, as well as bringing together various media such as the beautiful game art by Yoshitaka Amano.
